Quickly growing through the ranks of racing, Nick Anglace has proven to be a winner in each division along the way. Over the last five years racing at Stafford Motor Speedway, Anglace has victories at one of the toughest short-tracks in the country!
Nick Anglace started his career in go-karts at Nutmeg Kart Club in Berlin, Connecticut, where he was successful. He was the undefeated "Kid Kart Champ" and then decided to take a few years off. But it didn't take long for him to move through the ranks into the Modified division in the New England racing scene when he came back to racing. In 2018, Anglace debuted in the SK Light Modified class, competing at the New London-Waterford Speedbowl in Connecticut, where he finished fourth in the division point standings.
After a successful year at the Shoreline oval, Anglace decided to take his talent to Stafford -- the most competitive track in the region when it comes to a weekly Modified division. In 2019, he competed in the full season of SK Light Modified action, finishing inside the top-five three times and the top-10 in all but five races. In 2020, Anglace had similar stats, continuing to gain momentum and experience. He finished 34th in the NASCAR Division III National point standings, elevating himself to a national level.
A year later, it was time for the breakout year everyone was waiting for. Anglace exploded to the front of the SK Light Modified field, capturing two victories, three top-five finishes and seven top-10s. This included one of the closest finishes of the year at Stafford, where Anglace edged Alexander Pearl at the line to score the win by just a few inches. He also made his Tour-Type Modified debut late in the 2021 season, and also competed in the historic Thompson 300 at Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park.
In 2022, the team focused on the SK Light Modified division at Stafford. In 2023, the team debuted in the Open Modified division at Stafford and other tracks.
Outside of Nick, who not only drives, but also works on the car in the shop, there are a few key team members who are part of the strong group it takes to visit Victory Lane.

I'm the first one to win in the SK Light Modifieds in my family. It's special. Especially to win at Stafford." -- Nick Anglace
